her place of work in Punjab's Muktsar by a man who is seen on CCTV footage dragging her in broad daylight across a street lined with shops, as she struggled trying to break free and shouted for help

 യുവതിയെ ജോലിസ്ഥലത്തുനിന്നും ബലമായി പിടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നതിന്റെ ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ സമീപത്തെ ഒരു കടയുടെ സിസിടിവിയിൽ നിന്നുമാണ് പൊലീസിനു ലഭിച്ചത്. യുവതിയുടെ സഹപ്രവർത്തകർ പിന്നാലെ ഓടിയെത്തുന്നതും വിഡിയോയിലുണ്ട് സംഭവം നടന്ന് അഞ്ചുദിവസത്തിനുശേഷമാണ് പൊലീസ് എഫ്ഐആർ റജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തത്. എന്നാൽ ഒരു മാസം പിന്നിടുമ്പോഴും പ്രതിയെ പിടികൂടിയിട്ടില്ല. പ്രതിയെ പെൺകുട്ടിക്ക് അറിയാമെന്നും ഇരുവരും ഒരേ ഒരേ ഗ്രാമത്തിലുള്ളവരാണെന്നുമാണ് പൊലീസിന്റെ വാദം....
